LITTER POLICY FOR TULLAMORE SHOW TRADE STAND EXHIBITORS

Litter:

  • The Exhibitor shall ensure that their Stand Space is tidy at all times and be responsible for proper disposal of any litter.  Litter includes bark mulch, chippings or remnants of stand.
  • The Exhibitor shall leave their Stand Space completely clear of litter, please use skips provided. The Exhibitor shall restore their stand space to its original condition.
  • The Exhibitor will be fined €200 for breach of these litter clauses.  
  • We suggest you take a picture of your stand before vacating the area.

POWER POLICY FOR TULLAMORE SHOW OUTDOOR TRADE STAND EXHIBITORS

Power:

  • No power is provided to outdoor trade stands.
  • The Exhibitor agrees that power can only be supplied to traders within the Indoor marquees ONLY, with relevant charges.
  • The Exhibitor agrees that if they require power for an outdoor trade stand, they must do so by using a silent diesel generator ONLY.
  • The Exhibitor agrees that it is the duty and responsibility of each livestock and general trade personnel to comply with the Fire Safety conditions as per the Fire Service Act 1981 and The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations 2007.
  • The Exhibitor agrees that if they approach the Show’s onsite electrician seeking power that they will be charged in full for all costs incurred including hook up of generator and full cost of generator hire.
  • Applicants must confirm agreement with these terms at the time of application.
