The Tullamore Show & FBD National Livestock Show 2020 that should have been.
We invite you to enjoy marking the occassion with us.

Freda Kinnarney

Good morning from Butterfield Estate, Tullamore on the day that should have been the annual Tullamore Show & FBD National Livestock Show. Join Freda Kinnarney, Operations Manager and Secretary, from a very quiet showground.

Brenda Kiernan

Brenda, in her fourth year as Chairperson of the Tullamore Show @ FBD National Livestock Show, would rather meet you all in person and run the largest one day show in the country. Unfortunately, that cannot be the case today. Here is a special message from her to you.

John Cahalan

The Show is only possible with the help and generosity of our sponsors, year on year. They enable us to offer the huge €175,000 prize fund that the winners share in. John Cahalan, Chief Commercial Officer in FBD Insurance has shared a message with us. Your support of our Sponsors would be much appreciated

Tommy Finlay and Martina Neville

A very busy man around this time, dedicated to making sure that this is the best show in the country, but today, he is sending us his wishes from home. The FBD National Livestock Show promotes the best of Irish livestock, covering cattle, sheep and dairy.

Catherine Gallagher

Catherine Gallagher, President of the Irish Shows Association sent us such lovely wishes. We are delighted to be a part of the Irish Shows Association and wish them every success with their first ever Virtual Show on Saturday 22nd August 2020. The Irish Shows Association is the official recognised body representing Irish Agricultural Shows on the island of Ireland. We look forward to welcoming Catherine to the Showgrounds next year on Sunday 8th August 2021.

Into the Show Admin Headquarters
The Admin HQ operates all year round. The efforts of the team are visible on show day, with the largest and best one day agricultural show in the country taking place. This year, they are missing the fun, the challenges, the community from the show office. We are all looking forward to getting back to the showgrounds next year. Stay Safe.

Jim Harrison

A man who most show exhibitors and attendees will know, as he is at more shows in a year than most, is Jim Harrison, National Secretary of the Irish Shows Association. Jim's enthusiasm for shows is infectious, and forward thinking is bringing shows to new levels, both with technology and with practical innovation. Jim should be sharing many cups of tea, and many stories on showground today, and congratulating many winners, but he is in his home of Castleblaney today, sending us good wishes, until we can do this again next year. We wish him, and the ISA, every success for the first ever Virtual Irish Shows Association Show in 2 weeks time, Saturday 22nd August 2020. #IrishShows #AgriShows
